HOW IS A BED AND ROOM CLEANED FROM BED BUGS?
Start with the bed first, gradually expanding the cleaning area.

1. BEDDING
Pillows: Steam the seams and zippers. Machine wash the pillowcase at 60°C.
Duvet and bedspread: Iron hems, zippers and seams or machine wash at 60°C.
Sheets and mattress covers: Machine wash at 60°C.
Mattress: Pay special attention to seams and zippers, ventilation holes, handles, and other raised areas.

2. BED BASE
Wooden Grills: Steam all the grills, paying special attention to the ends. Feel free to remove the grills to steam the inside of the frames. Springs: Treat the springs, steaming each one.

3. BED FRAME AND LEGS
Wooden part: Disassemble the entire structure as much as possible and treat each element (screw holes, cracks or crevices).
Metal part: Bedbugs rarely breed in this type of structure, but it is possible to create a single nest, so treat all surfaces, joints and cracks.

Bed legs: Remove or unscrew the legs and treat all surfaces.
Steam treatment should primarily focus on the areas mentioned above, all surfaces, joints and cracks. However, bed bugs can also hide outside the bed, but also next to it, so it is important to treat the surrounding area.

4. FURNITURE
Bedside tables and paintings: Treat the back and underside of the furniture from the outside. Remove the drawers, empty them and treat the inside and outside edges. Then treat the inside of the furniture, paying special attention to the frames, cracks and joints. Treat the backs of paintings and frames, and also spray the surface of the wall on which the painting is mounted.

5. SWITCHES AND ELECTRICAL SOCKETS
Strictly follow the recommendations in the provided user manual.

6. SKIRTING
Remove the skirting board and pull it away from the wall. Treat both sides. If the skirting board is attached, treat it by steaming the top and bottom sides of the skirting board.
