What is the delivery time?
Usually, after ordering the goods, we deliver the parcels to customers within 2-3 working days, but sometimes the delivery may take longer.
Is it possible to return or exchange a faulty product?

Is it possible to receive the product on the same or next day?
It is possible if we have the product locally. Then you can pick it up at our office in Vilnius or we send it by bus. However, in such a case, I suggest you write us an e-mail. by mail pirk@elega.lt , then we will be able to discuss the details in detail, since we have to adapt to the schedules of the running buses, as well as working/non-working days, weekends, etc.
How to find out what goods you have on site?
If, after clicking on the product, it is allowed to add it to the shopping cart, it means that we have the product on site.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
All information about your order will reach the specified e-mail. by mail, so make sure your email the postal address is correct. After we send the product, you will be sent to your e-mail. you will receive a letter with a tracking number or a notification that the order is ready for collection. During which working hours can I pick up a prepared order?
Orders ready for pickup can be picked up: I-IV (8am-4pm), V (8am-3pm).
