Yes, the minimum basket fee applies to shopping baskets up to €10 (excluding shipping costs).

In Lithuania:
- LP Express parcel machine: 1-2 business days
- By courier: 1-3 business days
- SmartPosti LT: 1-2 business days
- In-store pickup: Same or next business day (Žalgirio g. 131-211, Vilnius)
International delivery (Estonia, Latvia):
- By courier: 3-5 business days
How much does delivery cost?
In Lithuania:
- LP Express: from 0 EUR (free from a certain amount) to 7 EUR
- Courier: from 0 EUR to 7 EUR
- SmartPosti LT: from 0 EUR to 6 EUR
- In-store pickup: 0-3 EUR
- Cash on delivery (COD): +2-3 EUR
International delivery:
- Estonia, Latvia: 10 EUR
Can I pay when I pick up the goods?
Yes! We offer cash on delivery (COD) service with LP Express, SmartPosti LT and courier. Additional fee: 2-3 EUR.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the parcel tracking system.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to assist you.

You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging.

What is the delivery time?
Usually, after ordering the goods, we deliver the parcels to customers within 2-3 working days, but sometimes the delivery may take longer.
Is it possible to return or exchange a faulty product?
Exchange and return of quality goods If the goods are of appropriate quality, according to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right, within 14 days, unless the seller has set a longer term, to replace the purchased items with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness at the place of purchase or another place specified by the seller, or to return the items to the seller and recover the price paid for them.
Before returning the goods, the buyer and the seller agree in writing on the reasons, circumstances, methods, and conditions for returning the goods. The goods returned to the seller must be complete, without signs of wear and tear, and in the original and acceptable packaging for return.
Is it possible to receive the product on the same or next day?
It is possible if we have the product locally. Then you can pick it up at our office in Vilnius or we send it by bus. However, in such a case, I suggest you write us an e-mail. by mail pirk@elega.lt , then we will be able to discuss the details in detail, since we have to adapt to the schedules of the running buses, as well as working/non-working days, weekends, etc.
How to find out what goods you have on site?
If, after clicking on the product, it is allowed to add it to the shopping cart, it means that we have the product on site.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
All information about your order will reach the specified e-mail. by mail, so make sure your email the postal address is correct. After we send the product, you will be sent to your e-mail. you will receive a letter with a tracking number or a notification that the order is ready for collection. If you haven't received a single email (starting with the order confirmation), check the following e-mails. mail section as "Ads" or "Spam", the emails may have gone there
During which working hours can I pick up a prepared order?
Orders ready for pickup can be picked up: I-IV (8am-4pm), V (8am-3pm).
