Sorbents and soil improvers

ZeoVit - an ecologically clean product made from zeolite. Zeolites are mountain rock minerals with a crystalline structure, aluminosilicates, the main active components of which are clinoptilolite and montmorillonite. A unique property of zeolites is resistance to high temperatures, aggressive media, ionizing radiation, selectivity for large cations of alkaline, alkaline earth and some heavy metals. They are characterized by ion exchange and adsorption properties. The zeolite lattice contains cavities connected by open channels. The diameter of the channels ranges from 2.8 to 8.0 angstroms. Therefore, water and other polar molecules such as: NH3, SO2, H2S, CO2, etc. can freely enter them. Due to their specific structure, zeolites have a number of useful properties: adsorption - effectively adsorb various substances from gas mixtures and solutions; molecular sieves - sorb only molecules of the appropriate size; cationic – weakly bound cations on the internal surfaces of pores and open channels can be replaced by other cations; catalytic – the activation energy of molecules in the pores of the crystal lattice decreases in some reactions. Zeolites are an ecologically clean, inert and non-toxic material, fully suitable for use in many industrial, agricultural, domestic, environmental protection areas, for eliminating the consequences of ecological disasters and elsewhere.
