  • ENZYBREW 10 removes all organic residues encountered during beer production, such as plant fibers (hops, distillers grains), starch, caramelized sugar, etc.
  • Used for cleaning filter plates, wort cooler and maturation, boiling and fermentation tanks.
  • The recipe does not contain phosphorus compounds.
  • ENZYBREW 10 ensures high-quality and safe cleaning of all equipment.
  • Compatible with Teflon.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • For CIP systems (tanks and heat exchangers)
  • Suitable for cleaning after each use.
  • Recommended dosage: 0.5 to 1% for lightly soiled surfaces; 1-2% for heavily soiled surfaces.


STEPS OF USE

  1. Dilute the product in warm water at 50-60°C and mix well.
  2. Circulate the solution through the material for 45-120 minutes.
  3. Rinse with warm water.
  4. Complete the circulation with a disinfectant or acidic solution - 10 minutes.
  5. Rinse with clean water for 5 minutes.


Notes:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with light metals (such as aluminum and copper).
  • The color and smell of the product may change over time due to changes in biodegradable components.
  • These changes do not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product.
