AZYMA 60 For biological fat decomposition and grease trap cleaning

AZYMA 60 is a liquid biological activator based on enzymes and probiotics, recommended for cleaning grease traps and water with a high fat content in wastewater treatment plants. It effectively breaks down all organic residues. With regular use, grease deposits and deposits in grease traps are reduced, and cleaning efficiency is greatly improved. Prevents grease-related problems in treatment plants: foaming, unpleasant odor, etc.

Purpose:
Grease traps, wastewater treatment plants, institutions, industrial facilities, catering establishments or private homes.

Usage:

Grease traps:
Water temperature: 15-55°C (without affecting efficiency).
Manual dosing:
Dilute the product with water and pour it into the pipework, before the dishwasher or sink outlet, at the same time as the cleaning/washing operations are completed (at the end of the working day).

Automatic dosing with a peristaltic pump:
Dosage: 100 ml for 300 servings and 25 ml for 100 additional servings.
Insertion time: after the end of active operation (after completion of work, before nightfall).

Wastewater treatment plants:
Temperature: 15-55°C (does not affect performance).
Manual dosing :
Pour the product into the main pipeline or into stirred buffer tanks.

Automatic dosing with a peristaltic pump:
Dosage: 1 liter per 100 kg of organic matter (based on COD/day).
The product must be activated 2 hours before the wastewater reaches the biological wastewater treatment plant.
Insertion time: after the end of active operation (after completion of work, before nightfall).
